If you are attending the OutDoor show in Germany next week, then here is your chance to win a free delegate place at the highly anticipated European Outdoor Summit (EOS) taking place from 13th-15th October 2015 in Sheffield, UK – all we need is your business card!

To be in with a chance to win a free delegate place simply drop your business card into one of the several competition boxes, which can be found on the stands of EOS 2015 sponsors and partners and around the halls of OutDoor on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th July. The lucky winner will then be drawn at random at a later date and notified by the end of July.

You can also pick up a postcard from the same competition boxes, which gives key details of the Summit, including top speakers, seminar and keynote topics, plus organiser contact details.

EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT ENDS 18TH JULY - REGISTER NOW


With less than a week to go until the ‘Early Bird' offer ends for the EOS 2015, the organisers of the conference are urging you to take advantage of the heavily discounted rate and book your place now.

Online registration for the EOS 2015 is open at www.europeanoutdoorsummit.com and would be delegates can book their place at the reduced rate of £365 per place, which is available until 18th July (the last day of the OutDoor show in Germany). The rate will rise to £440 thereafter.

This year’s Summit offers excellent value for money, with an additional networking dinner on the 13th, as well as the main gala night dinner on the 14th, seminars and activities all included within the rate. 

 SHEFFIELD CITY HALL TO HOST SUMMIT

Following the selection of Sheffield as host city for the EOS 2015 this year, organisers are pleased to present City Hall Sheffield as the principal venue for the Summit.

Located in the heart of the city centre within easy walking distance of public transport and city centre hotels, as well as having easy links to motorways, City Hall Sheffield is a stunning art deco building offering an inspirational setting for EOS 2015.  A spacious and flexible venue, City Hall Sheffield will let delegates benefit from having a much larger venue than previous EOS events.

EOS 2015 speeches and seminars will take place in City Hall’s spectacular Ballroom, which can host conferences for up to 500 people, making it the ideal spot for delegates to congregate comfortably. In addition, the configuration of the adjoining North and South Halls offer the ideal workshop and breakout areas.
